ANZAC Biscuits Recipe



ANZAC Biscuits 
Recipe


Ingredients:
List the ingredients and how much you need of each item here:
  • 1 cup of flour.
  •  1 cup of caster sugar.
  • 1 cup of rolled oats.
  • 1 cup of coconut.
  • ¼ cup of golden syrup.
  • .125 grams of butter.
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 1 tablespoon of boiling water.

Instructions:


Give detailed instruction of each step you take to make ANZAC biscuits


1. First turn on your oven to 180 degrees.

2. Next line your baking trays with baking paper.

3. When you're finished you mix the dry ingredients.

4. Put the mixture away for a bit.

5. After that you're going to put your 125 grams of butter in a sauce panel along with your golden syrup.

6.Put it on a low hit mix until butter is melted and while you're doing that you turn on the jug.

7. Pour your wheat mixture into the dry one.

8. Once you have done that you mix it all together when you are finished mixing you will need to mix with your hands.

9. You might need to get a spoon or you can use your hands, roll it with your hands then spread it evenly on the tray.

10. When you're finished, get a cup, use the flat side and squish it until it is flat but not all the way.

11.When you finish putting the trays in the oven you might wanna wait 15 minutes.

12. When it is done 15 minutes take it, put it on a rake and let it cool and they are ready to eat.

    These are great baking instructions! I bought some golden syrup last week to make ANZAC biscuits and now I have your recipe to use. Thanks for reminding readers to squish the biscuits with a glass- they have to be nice and flat!
