Rangoil art

Last week on a gorgeous beautiful Monday morning rooms 19 and 20 did rangoil art we did it in room 19 and 20 we did it because we were celebrating Diwali festival .Frist we got a huge peace of paper and the we got crayons I got orange blue and green and red. Next we drew some patterns and we were only allowed to use four colours.After that some students did  flowers for there patterns some students did a small circle there half go  original size circle and then a big circle then I . Finally I did a little circle then a blue circle and then I decorated the inside of the blue circle then I put triangles on the circle then I put dots in the triangle then I coloured it in orange

Immersion assembly

On a gorgeous beautiful day pt England school went to the large hall to go watch the immersion assembly called te wa toi. First team one were painting a lion . 4 teachers painted 4 seperate pieces of paper and they joined it together and it was a beautiful lion and they are taking team 1 to the zoo. The teachers of teams 2 were drawing things that are special to them . Mrs Gaston drew her kids and her cat and the sky tower and the 4 stars from the New Zealand flag . After that mr Moran miss king ,miss scanlan and ms Eadie and mrs Carruthers were wearing white overalls and ms eadie and miss king were painting on them and they were rolling on a big piece of paper and ms eadie painted mr Moran’s face blue . After team three team four came up on the stage and they had a competition. They had to draw mr Moran and they had three mins to draw mr Moran. Miss sio just used dye and mr Goodwen did a a Simpson cartoon but miss sio won.Next team was up on the stage and they were doing art from their souls and the teacher were pretending to be students and mr wiseman was pretending to be a teacher.  One teacher drew a picture of a square and a dot inside the square I liked the Immersion assembly because when team 3 came up miss scanlan did the worm it was cool.

Rose and the nine fairys

Once upon a time there lived a little girl her name was Rose and she lived in a wonderful house.She was a thoughtful little girl .One day Rose ask her mum “Can I go for a walk in the forest?” She said yes but don’t go far.”So she went for a walk in the forest.Next when she she was walking in the forest she saw a stair case and she really wanted to go up and see what was at the top. But her mum told her to not go far away. After that she just wanted to have a itsy-Betsy peek so she climbed and climbed.When she reached the top she saw lots of gorgeous flowers some were yuck and some were beautiful my mum will be angry at at Rose. At that moment she thought she could pick some flowers to say sorry to her mum for being late.When she picked one flower it smelled yuck and it disappeared so then Rose went back home. On the way back home she heard a voice and it said “if you go back home your mum is going to yell at you”so then she ran in the forest. When she was running she saw a little house so she went inside and went to bed when she woke up she heard some noise so she went to go. check what it was and she saw nine fairys in the kitchen looking for food. One said “oh we didn’t mean to wake you we were just looking for food “  Rose went running out of the little house screaming because she was scared that they might put a sell on Rose she ran all the way back home and told her mum everything to her mum and they lived happily ever after the end.
